Summit and Descent
Abstract in nature, this series is a removal from the narrative format of my previous work. The focus switches to the emotion of the paint medium. Though the brush and expression take center stage, constant are the remnants of landscape - mountain, sea and sky - that I am so connected to in much of my work. (2011)
